We operate a flexible pricing structure at Beer Van Horn International as recruitment doesn’t always need to be retained and expensive.
For senior roles we work on a retained model with a first stage payment and for more junior roles on an exclusive contingency basis.
Our model will always be about trying to provide a better than the mark

Our model will always be about trying to provide a better than the market service at a reduced cost with fees that make sense to our clients.
We believe that if a client hires a candidate from within our network, resulting in a fast introduction, the price should never be as expensive as if we had executed a formal search which takes between six to twelve weeks.
Our fees are highly competitive and all secondary introductions from the same search are always offered at 15%.
